1. GENERAL PROVISIONS These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between Miloš Sláma (Sláma Press), ID No.: 02289733, registered office Polnička 189, 591 02 Polnička, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and customers purchasing goods via the online store www.slamapress.com. The Buyer may be a consumer or a business entity. The product is a manual fine art printing press intended for artistic printmaking. The product is a manual tool intended for artistic creation. It is not a toy. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller via email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order. Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer upon full payment of the purchase price. Risk of damage passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the goods.

2. PRICE AND PAYMENT Prices displayed in the online store are calculated based on the Czech VAT rate of 21%. For deliveries within the European Union, the final price may vary depending on the applicable VAT rate in the Buyer’s country of residence. The binding and final price is always stated in the pro forma (advance) invoice. The order confirmation may reflect estimated pricing due to possible VAT differences. For deliveries outside the European Union, goods are invoiced without Czech VAT. The Buyer is responsible for payment of any import duties, customs fees, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Available payment methods: - Bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice, - PayPal (transaction fees may apply), - Revolut transfer, - Cash on delivery (available within the Czech Republic and Slovakia). Cash on delivery is not available for other international shipments. In case of bank transfer, the purchase price is due according to the due date stated on the pro forma invoice.

3. DELIVERY Goods are dispatched within 5 business days after payment has been credited to the Seller’s bank account, or after order confirmation in case of cash on delivery. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt. Without immediate documentation of damage (especially photographic evidence of packaging and contents), claims for transport damage cannot be accepted. The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control (force majeure).

4. LIABILITY The Seller is liable for defects in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from improper use of the product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller’s total liability shall be limited to the amount of the purchase price paid for the product.

5. WARRANTY A contractual warranty of 5 years is provided for manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mechanical damage or unauthorized modifications. Except as expressly stated herein, no other express or implied warranties are provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS Claims regarding defects must be submitted without undue delay after the defect has been discovered. The Buyer may submit a claim by email or in writing to the Seller’s contact address. For proper assessment of the claim, the defective goods must be returned to the Seller’s registered business address unless agreed otherwise. The claim will be processed within 30 days unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If the claim is justified, the Buyer is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Unless otherwise required by law, the Buyer bears the costs of returning the goods. In case of a justified claim, reasonable return costs may be reimbursed.

7. EU CONSUMERS Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods. In case of withdrawal, the Seller shall refund the purchase price including delivery costs corresponding to the cheapest available delivery method. Statutory consumer rights under EU law remain unaffected.

8. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU The Seller does not collect U.S. sales tax unless required by law. All legal relationships shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts in the Czech Republic. The Buyer confirms that the product will not be used in violation of applicable export or trade regulations.

9. DATA PROTECTION Personal data are processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, delivery of goods and accounting obligations. Personal data may be shared with carriers and service providers only to the extent necessary for order processing.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions become effective on the date of publication on the Seller’s website.
